Begin your cleanse at your preferred time, drinking each juice in two hour intervals. Half day cleanses are normally used to replace breakfast and lunch. Consume the juices in the following order:

During the cleanse, if need be, we recommend snacking on a fruit/vegetable. Remember to consume generous amounts of water, and if you wish, decaffeinated tea.
