What is cold

pressed juice?

Where are your ingredients sourced?

How does your bottle recycling program work?

Juice made by separating the fiber from the cells of fruits and vegetables without any added heat. As a result, cold-pressed juice is richer in nutritional content as helpful enzymes and vitamins are preserved.

Primarily, local farmer’s markets across New Providence. If, and only if, we are unable to find certain ingredients, we consider organic offerings at local grocery stores.

After you’ve enjoyed your juice, contact us via email or cell phone to arrange pick up for your used bottles. We kindly ask that you gently rinse the bottles and leave labels in place. Each bottle is worth $0.50. Recycled glasses are then thoroughly disinfected and steam cleaned to re-use for another fresh batch of juice. Lids are not re-used and appropriately recycled.

Cleanses

Should I prepare

for a cleanse?

What should I do during my cleanse?

Are there side effects while cleansing?

What happens

after a cleanse?

I want to lose weight fast;

Will a cleanse do the trick?

How long should

my juice cleanse last?

While not required, we recommend a more plant based, raw diet a few days before beginning any cleanse. Key foods to avoid are alcoholic beverages, animal & dairy products, and caffeinated drinks.

Juice cleanses are meant to replace meals and snacks, and so should be consumed as directed in roughly two hour intervals. Also, be sure to drink lots of water in between the juices.

Everyone reacts differently to cleansing. It also depends on your level of experience with cleansing i.e. beginners may experience detox symptoms while regulars experience no symptoms. We encourage you to drink water or herbal decaffeinated tea in between juices, get lots of rest and keep strenuous physical activity to a minimum until you would’ve learnt your body’s response to cleansing.

Now that you’ve hit reset, we encourage you to consume plenty of water and restart your diet with simple, whole foods. If your cleanse is three (3) days or longer, we recommend that you wean your body off the juices slowly before reintroducing hard foods into your schedule.

At Just Juice, we do not promote extreme weight loss methods. Instead, we encourage people to make healthy lifestyle changes that allow their bodies to re-balance without deprivation of necessary nutrients However, some people may find that our cleanses over a period of time can provoke some degree of weight loss.

The answer is subjective and depends on your personal goals and lifestyle. For beginners, we suggest a 1-3 day cleanse to kickstart your journey and allow you to ease into the routine of cleansing. For the experienced, you should evaluate where you are on your journey while choosing a period where your schedule is flexible enough to allow you to make your body your top priority. However, regardless of your experience level, we encourage you to make Just Juice products a routine in your lives, whether you are looking for a healthy kick start to your day or partaking in seasonal cleanses.
