Ingredients

We only use raw, fresh produce in all of our juices. Our ingredients are pressed quickly after purchase to ensure the best taste and highest nutritional value.

The Cold Pressed Method

Our juices are made to order in small batches using the hydraulic/cold press process. This method applies thousands of pounds of pressure onto the fresh produce, maintaining cool temperatures and limiting oxidation. By doing this we preserve the plants’ nutrients and enzymes, which are usually destroyed in the pasteurization and pascalization processes.

Sustainability

At Just Juice, we take pride in our mission to put local farmers and sustainable farming practices first. Our produce is primarily sourced from local farmers markets across the island, with consideration given to organic offerings at grocery stores only as a last resort. We also remain firm in our eco-friendly decision to package our juices in glass, and encourage our buyback bottle program. This allows us to create a recycling system while providing our customers with the safest material to drink from.
